The Enviko SDGDCX in-place inclinometer is connected to wheel assemblies by stainless steel tubes and installed in standard grooved inclinometer casing, moving together with the casing. It can be installed on the sloping face of concrete face rockfill dams to monitor face slab deflection, and used to monitor tilt, horizontal displacement or settlement of slopes, landslides, embankments, highways, cut-off walls and other structures. Multiple sensors installed in series give a deflection profile along the casing axis. The SDGDCX has an RS485 interface and outputs tilt and temperature digitally using the standard Modbus protocol.
